I just wish the EF planes had more already done to them like the AW QB planes, then I would consider them. Build time for me is very important.

Uhhhh...these things go together very quick...I built the 50cc Extra and Yak in a weekend...and much lighter than the Aeroworks kits...The hinges take the longest...hinge glue or Vpoxy and your hinges are done in about 30 minutes..plus drying time..

Hinging and trimming the cowl is 50% of the assembly.

The one I flew had a 150. Plenty of power.
This will not be a heavy plane.

I'd bet $1800+ for the kit alone, as I am sure it will follow in typical EF fasion and have full carbon accessories. I believe the proto was under 40 pounds with cans (Wayne can correct me if I am wrong), so a 150 will haul it around with extreme authority - 170 would be SICK!!!

In those pics, it also looks like it is pre-hinged with a pocket-style hinging system??
