Default 46% Ultimate Wing Bags

Guy's

What company makes the wing bags that match the original color scheme of the 46% Hangar 9 Ultimate, I can't remember who sold them, they are yellow silver and black in color, If I remember correctly, I do have the CRS desease sometimes.

Thanks

I have a set for my Ultimate, they are a heavy yellow nylon outer with a padded black inside liner. 2 wing sections fit into a single bag, with a padded liner between the two pieces, and there's a tube holder sewn into the bottom of the bag, and a cabane holder swen to the top of the bag. So, you have two bags, which can easily be carried by the holder straps in one hand, to get to the field.

This set also came with prop covers, tail and stab covers. The tail and stab covers don't do much good since the flying wires are always connected.

OK.. now that I've said all that... I bought the plane used, and the original owner is no longer around.. I don't have a clue where they came from.

But.... I did find these... http://www.wing-tote.com/biplane_bag.php

By the way... I've found with my bags, the easiest way to get the top wing assembled at the field is to leave the tube permanently installed in one of the wings.. just cut a hole in the bag that will let the tube stick out the end of it. Then when you get to the field, all you do is stick the other wing on... the tube is already aligned to the proper hole location!

I really appreciate the info, I just bought the Ultimate off and elderly guy in near Peach Tree City. You may know of him, I really liked the type you have but am having no luck in finding this style wing bags or an 3D instrument panel for the Ultimate.

I just found out that the big, yellow padded wing bags were available through Horizon. They since have switched, and are carrying the Wing-Tote bags.
