| After leaving Toledo , several opinions were voiced over "Who gets the credit" for award winning models. It appears several winning planes were professionally built, who built it, who covered it , who painted it and who signed the check .And mostly should this practice be allowed. I have my opinion, what's your's. |

MY opinion is that the model should be judged as is. I feel that it is up to the owner to give proper credit for building, covering etc. If someone (a stranger) entered a plane that was professionally built, covered etc and indicated (falsely) that he built it himself, how would you know it was built by someone else? |

I understand both points, but IMO, it all depends on who is running the show and how they want to run it. Take a look at the classes at Top Gun. 50%

| All good points but what can you do about it . No one knows for sure who deserves the credit. I know if I entered a winner but not done by me, I would not rejoice with the win. Some are abvious that they built it and some not so obvious. So if ever I enter something there and I win, you will know that I didn't build it. I'm not that good Roger
