Smile AW Extra 260 75CC hardware dble post..please ignore

Anyone had any issues with this planes hardware? I see in the manual that the control horns screw into the control surface....

anyone had any issues?

I plan on putting a DA-85 with smoke system in her....

Im sure she will handle the weight with the DA on her....

Just looking at that stuff for the first time will generate a skeptical reaction. However, I have used their stuff on 75cc, 100cc and 150cc versions of their planes and have not had a problem with the hardware. The only thing I haven't used are the links (ctl horn to servo arm...) and CF sheath. There I substitute Pro-links.

Hardware does work and I have the same set-up you are going to do. The holes for the control horns, first run the screw in and then tooth-pick some thin CA in the threads, let dry and you have good attachment. And I also use the pro-links versus the rod and CF. Real easy Build.
