Default QQA aircraft question

Hi all,
With the very sad exit of QQ and his planes ( having been saving for a Python for th last year) Does anybody know if anyone has bought the rights to produce the planes? Or are they going from our lives for ever which i hope is not going to happen.

Cheers
Andy

You would have to ask Kevin Kimble.

I say if youve been saving, go ahead and buy it from Chief, may be the only chance you have for a long time.

I am sure you will see a big company on the HORIZON coming out with a pitts. I heard Relocation to the CHAMPAIGN region of the U.S. was in the works for QQ....
But this is a good question, I will have to check into it myself...

Hi Mark,
Yeah always fancied the Python, i was saving up a sub fund of my aircraft pot, the main fund is financing my 42% Extra, Whilst saving for a jet and a 39% Krill Su 29 when they are released. So wasn't going to happen in the next 12 months, also with imports soooo expensive i'm in no rush. So by then i would have thought someone would have bought the rights to them.
Weather looks good for the weekend, going all day to the field on Sunday, me and Kez are holding a B cert traing day for the club members. Should be good.
Speak soon

Andy

Yes i have a pot going for the 100cc AW yak stars and stripes, put a deposit down to secure, my long term goal is a krill yak55, but ill work my way through a few planes first. Picking the Python up next couple of weeks should be flying zdz80RVJ style end of March.

Weather not to bad this weekend, hopefully get some flying in if it stops raining.

Mark

The many agreements I have with Quique are still in place. Period. I too am as excited as many of you to know what the next days, months, years, and decades with bring as Quique moves forward with his future in the model industry. Great things are sure to come. Be patient and wait for the ACTUAL info to come out when the time is right.

Nope. Not teasing at all. Just responding to the question raised regarding the rights to build RC models of our designs so that it is clear that these rights remain with Quique.
