Question Pilot RC, Extreme Flight, Dietrech all 50cc Which One?

I'm in the market for a new gasser. It will be my first in this size. I've been flying 1.20 size planes for a while and want to go bigger. I have done a lot of research and it seems to boil down to these few. If there are others out there, with good combos, I'm open to any input. Also what engine is the best for these crafts.

I'll also consider Wild Hare planes.

Now, oversteer is best, because you don't see the tree that kills you

Gonzo take a look at the Pilot-rc line of planes. Tony is a great guy to deal with and he is on top of customer service. The planes come in light and fly very well and the best part you can get it in one of the stock color schemes or choose your own and they will cover it in your choice of color for just a little more. He has combo set ups I would think you should be able to handle a 30% Yak or extra 300 in the 30% size they are very easy to store and take to the feild and they use a 50 to 55 cc engines range. I have the pilot 30% yak with a brisson 3.2 in it and fly the heck out of it I also have a 33 % with a DA 85 in it just about done and I also have the 35% Yak with the DLE-111 and cans and I am tottaly happy with that plane. Ck them out you wont be dissipointed. there is a lot of threads on the pilot planes here you can ck out and read up on them. Good luck

Look into Pilots planes. Like it was said earlier you can get custom schemes, engine combos and all the carbon unpgrades without having miss matched parts. I have several Pilots in the assembly process and so far pleased with them all. Several of the guys here I'm sure would be willing to help you with any questions you might have. They are not the only quality planes out there, but they are my choice . Good luck and keep us posted.

sorry i didn't elaborate on my post. Greg and Daniel took care of that for me.

Talk to Tony. I believe after you talk to him your mind will be set.

The best value out is a special Pilot has, DL55 & yak or extra for 1049 with free shipping. Comes with composite tubes gear and spinner!

I would get the 300

Thanks for the suggestions. I will defiantly look into the pilot planes. I didn't know that you could get custom schemes, that is huge plus in my book. How much extra does it cost for a custom scheme?

By the way, cheap for what you get, covering always looks good from Tony's crew
