TDriver used the wrong servos on an AW plane wing and it fluttered and blew up and he was upset that AW didn't cough up a new plane for him for free. They did offer him another one at cost and then I believe he had problems with it also - basically, there are going to be customers and products that were never meant for each other and Tdriver and AW are a perfect example..

Aeroworks one of the best companies out there for customer service period. They are in the same league as DA. No kiss ass here, just a statement of facts as they pertain to me. Could it be that you came across in a rather kurt fashion to them and they responded in kind? A month ago I bought a new AW Extra 300 put 10 flights on the plane and noticed a bow in the wing tube that seemed a bit out of the norm to me. Without any question as to flying style, the guys at Aeroworks apologized, which they didn't need to do, and sent out a carbon fiber tube at no charge. The call was placed on a Wednesday morning. Brand new tube was delivered Friday evening for the weekend flying. What more could you ask?
