 |  What do you think this will run like
Guys I have a WH Edge 84 inch in need of an engine and all I have at the moment is a MVVS 40 new unused. I ran the engine once with a 22x8 metz on it and got 23 # of pull @ 6500 rpm. What king or performance do you think this will give me the models would come out @ 16.5# AUW. I fly 3D mostly. Thanks

ive seen this engine on a frens plane.. and if the plane is built light...it will fly ok.. MVVS are pretty damn good once run in properly..lots of power... but they have to be run in well.. oh.. but they heat up quite a bit..just my .02 cents worth...

Thats not far off what a 50 engine can do. Aint they about 25-26 pounds on fish scales? Why is it said it would fly crap....just askin I think it could hover ok with that......might be close to WFO like QQ's 26cc Yak was or the pull out may be slow. | ||||||||||||||||||
