Have you decided if you are going to do single or dual aileron and rudder servos?

I just had one briefly.... it was glorious for 1 - 20 sec flight!!
(<------- see avitar)
You will need :
8 - high torque high speed servos (I used Hitec 5945's.)
You will need at least 1- 4800 lit ion pack for the receiver with a reg :
and 1 - 2400 lit ion pack with reg for the ignition.
Or replace both lit ions with NIMH packs.

I used a power expander, but thats optional.

If you don't use Hitec programmable servos, you will need a few match boxes for the wing servos....

And with a plane of this size, I would highly suggest a good kill switch/ign kill.
Smart fly makes a great one.

This plane looks killer when finished...
I miss mine badly.

I dont think matchboxes are really necessary all the time. I have the Chapman cap 580 and I have 2 8411's on each aeleron and 2 on the rudder. They are matched up perfect and not a one is fighting each other. Also on one of our 40%er's we have 4 8411's on the rudder without a matchbox. Actually we had servos strip with the matchbox on this particular plane, ripped out the matchbox and matched them up regularly and havent had a problem since. This has been 2 years ago.

Might as well get the 8611's if you have to buy new......but sometimes you can find smokin deals on 8411's which would work too.

No offence, but weren't you complaining earlier about having no place to fly your glow planes and now you're buying a 33%???
