I wantto see some pics of the set up inside of you guys' Aviation Models 37.5% yak 54. What do you guys run in it? Would you recomend one JR matchbox for all of the 4 elevator servos, and one JR match box for each of the wings (2 matchboxes)? Total of 3 JR matchboxes.... I want to see where you guys are putting the regulators, batteries, tank, smoke pump, and smoke tank if possible. thanx

How many of there are flying? They are shipping my new wings next week. I think I am going to run just 2 servos in each wing with 1 in each elevator. A power box with no match boxes, programmed with programmer, running 7.4 volts to 5995TG. One Seiko for rudder.

Jim did get a new set of wings on order? AM just emailed me and said that my new wings will be here in about a week. They will Greyhound them to your nearest location. Are you using a smoke system? Sorry for asking so many questions... Ronster |

Do you guys really think that 2 5995 running 7.4 won't be enough on the wings? That's 416 oz @ servo.

I would guess it would be plenty of torque on the servo part, you just might get flex from the aileron surfaces themselves. You know who would know probably would be Tank,(John Banks) He has had a few and I think one had only 2 servos per aileron surfaces. I'm kinda curious myself. Chuck |

How you like that rudder servo. I have a buddy that used that servo and it had plenty of torque but didnt center well... have you seen this?
