Firsrt thing to get is better main landing gear--the stock carbon gear are junk----probably a good idea to replace the tailwheel also as it will be trashed pretty quickly also--the screws that go into the control horns are too short-get longer ones and put locknuts on the outside of the square nut---wonderful airframe with a few upgrades like I mentioned--have fun

I've had two of them. The landing gear on the first delaminated after a couple of bad landings, but was easily repaired. The second gear was excellent. Phoneman's observation of the control horns is dead on. You probably don't need to replace anything, but for sure when you put the stuff together, use red (permanent) Loctite.

Also avoid heavy engines. If you are looking at a 50cc engine, look for a larger plane - you'll thank me for it later. The only gasser I'd put in this thing is the elusive BME 55, which is a pound lighter than the next lightest engine in it's class. Other than that, the YS 160DZ or the saito220 are the only other engines I'd even consider
