Hi All, When you comp-arf guys installed the servos in your airplanes, did you use the kit included phenolic servo horns that bolt onto the existing plastic horn that came with the servo? I've been told that using this method will likely result in the palstic horn stripping, what are the options for this - just use large metal servo horns? Thanks!

I would buy SWB allumunum arms or any other allumunum arms. Its alot safer! I wouldnt use plastic horns on a JR 8611 or hitec 5955 or on any servo that has alot of speed and torque.

Definitley go with SWB or Airwild aluminum horns. If you want to use the phenolic arms Comp-ARF provides you can get some of the Airwild Uni-Hub servo wheels. But its alot easier to just use the all aluminum arms.

| The airwild uni-hubs are a good option, BUT, only if you use the rest of the standard hardware kit, if you are going to use ball links, go for the SWB option, because the phenolic arms will twist if you have a ball out off the side of them.
