Here's a few shots of CSpaced 5" Dave Brown Ultimate spinner getting polished. It is cut for his three blade Mejzlik... so it won't be on the plane for the first few flights.

Here's what it looked like once I sanded it down: Yup... looks like hell.

Here's once it has gone throught the rough cutting wheel on the buffer: (this is about as good as it will get if you polish it by hand... looking much better though)

This is what it looks like after the fine buffing and polishing: (the pictures don't do it justice) I'll have more information on how-to bling out your aluminum parts in my Dalton 260 build thread if you want more information: Dalton 42% Extra 260 Build

I flew the Edge for the first time today! It was amazing, no problems or glitches thanks to spending the most of yesterday prepping it for the first flight (Thanks Matt!).

The Edge was amazing, and the sound was awesome! It flew straight as an arrow with very little trim needed. It felt LIGHT, it was moving real fast at only half throttle, and would accelerate going vertical. Slow speed is great, no wing rock at all! I was thinking about not going for a smoke system because I didn't want the extra weight but now I may just go for it as it will not be a problem. The roll rate was phenomenal! Controls were crisp and precise, I just can't say enough good things about this airplane.

The sound was great! With the MTW can's it had a cool, quiet, throaty sound and sometimes rounding a turn you wouldn't be able to hear it at all - and thats with a 2 blade prop! I can't wait to get the 3 blade on there. No photos or video of it flying this time around, it was overcast, dark, and windy so I will get some video next time. Below are photos of it just after the first flight. This Edge is BAD ASS!
