Badass! Sleepy's PANZL finally all ready to go! (About time!)

WHOO HOO... YEA BABY!!!

After a few months of putting this plane off due to work, and actually flying my 260 and edge the PANZL IS DONE!!

I did a pre-maiden 2 weeks ago... flew it with no cowl or wheel pants just for 1 flight.. it flew great but it was just a motor tuning flight.. didn't even try to get crazy. (Well as crazy as I can get)

Finally its all put together, ready to go!!

Balanced right on the tube!

Hopefully the weather holds for this weekend!!

Oh yea baby I can't wait!!

Lookin good sleepy! You might want to remove just a little more of the cowl to ensure good cooling over the cylinder head. It may just be the picture, but definetly check it. You dont want to cook the motor right off the bat! Get r' done!

Whats powering this plane is the budget minded 35% plane powerplant.
A FPE 5.8 95cc motor.

From the tuning flight, this motor should have PLENTY of power for this bird.
(It took off at about 1/4 throttle)

People often overlook this motor, but for its price its a power house.
Sure your DA's and BME's and 3W's are going to be a bit better, but for under 1/2 price this motor will provide plenty O fun.
(Plus I had it laying around after the demise of my extra)

So if OHIO weather will cooperate I'll give a full report after the weekend!

TANK...

Do you think the 1 5995TG will be enough on the rudder?
If not I have another to put in if need be...
But considering I'm NOT a Super 3D pro as of yet...
(practicing every night, next Huckfest I'm bringing it!!)

I'm thinking 1 should suffice for now?

Opinions?

Sleepy, I had one with two 8611a's, 1 would have been all I needed, so your 5955 will be perfect. Al and Kevin will reccomend a single servo also.

Probably not...
1) My flying is only slightly amusing... I'm not MAD MAX...
2) No one is ever there to help me at the field... and its hard to fly and film at the same time.. but I will try!
