PS ellie,
while your here...is there anything the 41%er won't do in 3d ? or do well? (besides a waterfall probably) ie: are harrier rolls axial not barrel looking rolls, stable upright harriers, terminators, enough aileron to start , stop , start torque rolls ect,
steve

You gotta have a Java enabled browser and a lot of time for it all to load.

I have a friend who is getting a a 41% 12 made....oughta be a real sweet ship.

I will have to stick to the 50cc size, I don,t want to play the trailer game. That sure is a lot of airplane.

Hi Steve
When I flew the Pitts I was very very surprised at how capable it was, no I did not try a waterfall or inverted harrier yet, besides that the Pitts will do all the 3D maneuvers, harrier rolls are unbelievable, nice, smooth and axial, 4 point harrier rolls, digital rolls, yes aileron is very effective, it was snapping in upright harriers until I figured I only needed little throw, now it is fine, I have 37 degrees with full length aileron, but I can use a little more to stop the torque roll, right now it is borderline, it is the easiest plane to hover and will torque roll very fast, faster than an Ultimate and requires minimum input especially in calm weather.
Honestly, I did not expect it to be that good at 3D since it is recommended as an IMAC competition airplane, one problem is it requires up mixing in knife edge flight, I have the clipped wings version (Python) but a two seater, I will be building a one seat canopy this Winter and it will become a legal Python, that should reduce the mixing required for knife edge flight.
All I can tell you it is an awesome flier will do all the 3D maneuvers that the Ultimate is capable of and More, if you have any question about anything else please ask or even pm me for my phone number, I probably can describe it better.
Thanks Elie
