Wild Hare's new Extra 330 is pretty nice. Maybe a pound heavier than the Airwild but seems like a nice ARF for $429.

Chip Hyde Double Vision! Harrier's are way too easy with it, it's almost like cheating!! Great 3D Bird and real gentle to practice your 3D on. Will do almost anything you can throw at it & it is easy to grow with.
Also a big bonus is that it is 'lighter' than most of the 50cc arsenal out there!
Now I just need to get mine done so I can go fly it!!

Anything with 82+ inches of wing, 1300+ inches of wing area, and a flying weight of under 17 pounds. So far, the best bet is the Airwild Extra - it is the largest and lightest of the bunch.

Any brand of 50cc plane is a good choice. Just choose what fits your style. I prefer the Aero-Works QB series, Wild-Hare and Air wild planes, but that’s just me.

I just stuffed one in a GP Cap 232. It is like having a 79 inch foamy. Not a dozen flights on it yet, but it shows great promise.

I appreciate all the recommendations. Yes the QQ yak looks awelsome. The Yak 54 QB also looks awesome. I believe I will make a decision between those 2.
