Default Plane for BME 115?

I have BME 115 in hand and trying to find a plane to put it in. My plan was to get a Krill katana, but its going to be a long time now before they ship some more over to the US distributor (they wont sell direct anymore). Second choice was a Weimo Raven ARF, but same kind of deal as the Krill. The AW 260 is not available until Jan. So guess out of choices and the only thing that interests me at all is the new composite arf 300sx in patty scheme (I dont like the schemes on the DR 2.6). One factor I have is that I have a set of full pipes, so the plane will need to accomodate them. Any ideas?

3W has their new Votec 322 2.7 meter...Not sure when it hits the US.

J-Tec has their new 300 Mid Wing coming?

Wild Hare will soon have their new Sukhoi.

I see Cheif Aircraft still has numerous TOC Katana' and Yaks for sale if they interest you.

BVM Props has an EDGE.

That's a few Razr...I've been down the exact road you're trying with no luck...I managed to pick up a 35% AWorks 260...I also heard that Comp-Arf should be releasing a 2.6 260....Could be rumors..

Don't know if any of these help but It's all I can think of right now..

Yep, this is the problem, there is nothing good available right now. I know the 3w votec is a ways off.

My Carden Yak will be ready in a month

But no touchy for you

You're right though...It's awefully hard to find what a person wants...Especially if it's across the pond

Cardens are too heavy for what I am trying to achieve. I really want a glass plane this time around. Thinking about the Comp Arf 2.6 patty scheme, I am sure it would fly ok and be light with my setup. Also, scratch the 2.6 patty, it is out of stock for 4-6 weeks too.

The MX-2 will be too big for what I am trying to accomplish.

Yes, that is the goal, 24lbs or less. I have a set of carbon fiber tuned pipes, that with the pipes, headers, and couplers weigh what a set of stock mufflers do. Tuned pipe performance with zero weight penalty for running them.

Xtreme composite edge - proven flier and perfect for the 115 - and you can have it in white or whatever

What is the scoop on this exhaust? Who's, where, what, how much, etc.
