I need feed back for our engine manufacturer, What is at this time the most popular size aerobatic airplane . Is it for an 80, 50, 100, 150, or larger and while we're at it, what airplane would you like to see ? Thanks for any input you can give me Roger

I'd say right now both the 50 and the 150/157 size are the most popular.

i have to say 50cc - because its most affordable to get to gas and transport etc. i also believe that 100c is becoming more popular again because of cost so my second vote is for 100cc. but!!!!!!!!!nothing flies like our big babies its just the slepp to move them around!! and again hello rodger - lol |

I say 100cc... Seems there are enough 50 and 55cc motors out there that are light and durable now... 100cc baby!

A lot of guys in our club are getting out of glow and into small gas 50cc.I think that a stronger slightly larger 100cc size would be the way to go.This for guys using 35% now or fliers not wanting to go all the way to a 40%. KenW |

I too love the 80cc class, but I think for the money I spend on an 80cc, I'll just go for the 35%/100cc bird. I have only been around a few different brands of 80cc, and they all shake pretty good. I think it is marginal for a single cylinder size motor... Maybe the 80's I am seeing are not properly balanced either??
