Don't get me wrong, I think it looks good, and shows good airbrush skills. I am just curious why most of the CA planes use color schemes on the fuse that gets covered when the wings are put on. For example some of the planes have 330, 260 or whatever the plane is painted on the side right where the wing goes, so it is partially covered when the wings are installed. Looks great with the wings off. This scheme kind of does the same thing. There are lines on the side of the fuse, and top of the wings that don't line up when the wings are installed.

Just curious,

Mike Darr

First, this is not a composite-arf. It's some chinese manufacturer and the fuse looks very much like a 3W Extra. It looks like the workmanship is very nice !

As far as paintjob - my guess is nobody told the person designing the fuselage scheme that there will be a wing attached there....

Nice composit work, but the plane does not look like an Extra 330L at all.

I know this isn't a CA plane. I was using CA as an example since this scheme seemed to be the same way. I was curious to know if there is a reason for this or not.
