Have you done any testing on the 80 with a 26x10 Mejzlik prop? I think its more of a familiar prop in the US.

Thanks

Hey Donkey Kong, Thats long for DK right?

I didnt look at that but I dont think the heads are removable, looks like they do a two pass anodising treatment as I can only see the holes in the cylinder head to get at the bolts on the lower part of the barrell. To bolt a head to one of those I would be looking a minimum 6 to 8 screws. Dont see that anyplace, but I could be wrong mate.

Het Kiwi,

Man, you're walking a thin line dude. No man, DK is for the country I was born and bread in, Denmark, you know, free press and free speach he he. And then it coincides real well with my personallity, since an i and a c can easily be inserted and properly express other peoples feelings about me he he.

You better get yourself some new glasses also. It looks to me like the jugs, or cylinders, are attached to case with four bolts, and the heads are attached to the cylinders with six bolts, so the heads actually can be turned 60 degrees, sweet, should be just right for good airflow.

Oh Great DK,

My most humble and sincere and deepest apologies. I would never insert the IC mate. Well hardly ever anyway.

You know I missed what you seen, it looks like six head bolts. That makes a big difference. The ability to roll the head round one bolt hole means you can cool a four cylinder much better.

Well mate I have to go. I have an apointment with the optician. My Mum always said it would make me go blind!!!!

No I haven't , and you would be getting higher numbers with this prop since the one I used has wider blades.

Its very hard at this time to test all these props , there is so many hours in a day

To answer some questions on the 300 cooling , I spoke to the factory and yes we can rotate the heads easily.

Kiwi, indeed the heads a re a seperate entity to that of the cylinders.

I will be working on some baffling on my own installation and will report back.

I can tell you that looking at pictures of these engines is a real experience, but let me tell you having them in my hands, the pictures don't do them justice.

I think I will try and make the top part of my cowling in clear plexiglass, that is how nice they are.

If anyone has any questions even if I can't answer, being in contact with the factory every day, I can get the answers quickly.

Regards
Roger

Rog- We have one of our mods that would like to test the performance of the 80cc. Let's put this thing to the test -- throw one our way, we'll wring it out, and do a full review on our findings. How about it??
