The one I have here is the one that started all the controversy...It had a loose wrist pin bearing...Tomy Larry sent me the engine, Tomy sent me a new crank...I took everything apart..The crank bearings are Japanese, sealed...It has a Walbro HDA 246 carb, not available in the US but available in China...Six bolt hub with a 10mm threaded stud in the middle...The 6 bolts are 4mm, not 5 like DA and 3W...No big deal, just use two and the nut in the middle..Same pattern as DA and 3w, 1.133 bolt circle..
Very nice CNC machining on the case...Chrome bore cylinder looks good, no sharp edges around the ports...Piston has 1 ring, looks good too....Timing is at 28 BTDC...RC EXL ignition....
Haven't run it yet, had some personal stuff to do today and tomorrow...
I'm not a fan of standoffs...I'm making 1 1/8 standoffs and a mounting plate..The plate will let the carb stick out about halfway...It can be mounted flat on the firewall with a hole in the middle, or with short standoffs at the 4 corners of the mounting plate...Much better for rigidity.....
I'm finishing up the standoffs and mount tonight, can run it tomorrow....

Ma Ma comes first. He has to insure his cookie supply. At least he got half of the job done.

Calm down guys, you probably couldn't conclude anything in this short a time either. I'm sure Ralph will let us know what he thinks as soon as he's had time to evaluate the engine and draw his conclusions based on hard numbers. I'd rather wait for that then have someone jump in and say "Oh it's pretty, buy one!!"

Nice graphics.

I just revamped Larry's website, it still needs a little more work, but it's much easier to navigate.

Rich.. You seriously need to loose the sounds on the site...

I read 7000 on a 24x8.. saw a video of 6600.. that with a pipe or what? Sounds a bit high from what has been said in this thread.

Whats the deal with Ralph.. its been 1.5 weeks nearly with the engine...

Sinergy, did you get anymore free engines from Berriellli lately? Thats quite a deal you have going.. You get a free motor, and in exchange you have to hype the product on the internet, I had to laugh when you said "I'm not bias" You have lost all credibility. Sorry man, your on a sales team and thats about all
