Managed to get it cowled in but that will be it for about three weeks until the vacation is over. Darn, I was getting close to being able to fire it up. Anyways here is how the cowl came out. The Stinger cowl is a little on the small side to say the least. Won't have to worry about getting enough air for cooling lol. I think she might be a little over powered. Should be fun.

I have contacted my local dealer and he says they are not released yet but Larry is offering them to new customers. If they are available, existing customers should at least have the option of buying one. Just because I bought my engine weeks before the deal, I'm not looking for a freebie, just a header!

Please clarify!

You can never have too much power. I had a Tower .75 2 stroke on a .40 Twist. Pretty good verticle.

I used a DA header on mine, just drill the holes 1//16th " larger. The new MT header seams really nice, lots of flex, and from the pictures it looks like it will be a non-leaking flex. It should make it really easy to install a canister or pipe.

As for the single bolt hub, with the MT57 you can use [2] bolts or [3] bolts, but I do not see it nessesary to use all of them. During testing Soarich had a prop slip some, whether it was tourqe or just not tight enough I do not know but Tomy Shen, the manufactuer said to use at least [2] bolts, and thats what I would recomend.

Ralph should have the engine on Monday and I think he will drop everything and start his evaluation of the MT57.

So far the only feedback my customers have made that JUST received the engine is "if it runs as well as it looks it is a winner"

Larry LS PRO ENGINES
This was posted back on 4/13 so I agree Ralph, whats taking so long?
