PDY Systems is launching a new type of toolbox which has a patented fastening mechanism.

Now for the interesting bits:

Our toolbox fastens the drawers and lid automatically when it's picked up so your expensive parts and components wont end up on the floor as the would with any other drawer system if it was picked up without being fastened.

When it fastens itself the drawer clearance gaps close, again automatically. No more mixture between compartments for small things like washers or screws jumping out of the drawers and jamming them.

This toolbox has the fastest and easiest fastening system on the market.

Our new toolbox has drawers and a storage bin, as a new company we decided to design it to work for modelers first and everyone else second, the usual thing to do would be to design it as a tackle box first and then fit it into other markets. Our background is with Film Props which involves a lot of model making so I designed it for us. Our toolbox has a deeper lidded compartment than on a tackle box and the drawers are different depths which again is different to a tackle box design but more useful for modelers.
