I received my 40% tail wheel last week. It is a great piece of work. It was under 2 oz also!

I've used Shawn's tailwheels on 4 of my 40%ers, thay work great. Also used his carbon/balsa plate and the DA carb cover.
If you want good quality equipment, this is the place!

Hey guys, while the Titanium Series tailwheels have been very well received I have had a few of you tell me that you prefer a flat leaf style tailwheel. Well, you asked and we responded, pictured is the new Carbon Pro V2.0. The leaf is molded from continuous strands of Carbon tow not multiple layers of cloth so delamination is a thing of the past. The blade profile has a parobolic design thus increasing strength while reducing weight. A CF wheel fork pivots on a 3/16" titanium axle. The steering arm can be set to use pull/pull linkage as shown or rotated 90* with one arm removed and a single flexable linkage run to the rudder bottom towards the trailing edge. The prototype shown weighs 2.5 oz. The price is 64.95 and I will have production units ready to ship at the end of the month. I suggest if you want one to pre-order.
