power box 40-24 with matchboxes

Ok heres my situation:
I have a powerbox 40-24 that I plan to use in a 40% extra 330
I would like to put a matchbox on each elevator and each aileron
all of which have 2 servos each so there would be 4 matchboxes total
my question is can I run extra power feeds from the power box to the
match boxes?as there is 2 open spots on each matchbox for additional
servos. I would like to get all the current to the servos I can from the power box
and keep the voltage drop to the servos to a minimum

There is a plug on the match box for external power and that would be the same as running another cable from your Powerbox. BuT!!!!

There is always a but. The price of two matchboxes out weighs the extra you would have to pay for a powerbox champion. That has four built in matchboxes. You program and match your servos off the powerbox directly. So you end up with less weight, less spaghetti inside and an all round much better and reliable setup.

Then there is the third option.

Smartfly power expander with four two channel equalisers. These are matchboxes in a much smaller, thus lighter, package. Very easy to program and setup and whole lot of cash less than option one and two.

My choice would be. Powerbox champion if you want an all in one package. Smart-Fly system if you want to save a few hard earned dollars.

Third and last would be the powerbox, matchbox combo.

Just my opinion for what its worth. I have all the above systems or have had at some stage so I am not selling used cars here. I am speaking from real life experience.

Powerbox Champion 40/24 has only 3 channels that are built in matchbox's, which are channels 3, 4 & 5 they are the servo match control channels

Kiwi, Thanks for the reply,
I didn't mention that I have the matchboxes &power box already
I'm just looking to get more than one power feed into the match box if it's
possible and because the power box has the capabilty. I guess I would like to
make shure the servos are getting enough current with minimal voltage drop due to the limitations of the connector --2 is better than 1
