OS 32 will work out just fine. Actually, Jerry Smith runs an OS 32 on his now ( Team Futaba/ Hobbico !) It will do every maneuver just as well, just doesnt have the same top end speed. Those lil Webra's are SICK SPEED!!! Only draw back of the Webra, is the supplier ( Horizon ) has quit selling them recently. There is another supplier in the mag's now, but the company name slips my memory right now. You also might consider the "Jet" engines. Ole Dubb knows how to get every ounce of energy from a small aluminum block! We've seen many people cram larger motors like Rossi 45, 50s etc in these things, but it;s really not needed to get aawesome performance. Actually, youre a lot better off staying with the smaller units. One, it keeps it lighter, and two, you dont wind up with a nose heavy situation. Something you DONT want with an Outlaw. Of course, if you just wanna haul the coals really fast, and limit yourself to loops, rolls, and moderate snaps, then drop a big block in one! But going mach 4 straight and level is not what the Outlaw is all about. Its fun,,,,,,but not as much fun as going 125 mpf to 0 mph in 10 feet! That being the Jerry Smith "Wad" Keep it light. Either way, you guys are gonne LOVE flying an Outlaw.

JL SMITH, I'M A CALLIN' YOUR PADUKA KENTUKY LIVIN', SLOW TALKIN', 9 TIME FUN FLY CHAMPIONSHIP WINNIN', WORLD RECORD HOLDIN', HIGH FALOOTIN' NOON TIME DEMO'IN' PILOT SELF OUT!!!!!!

Smith's been giving me both barrells all these years about how being an announcer is for no flying, no talent punks. Well how about if I fly a super fast Outlaw and have Smith announce at the next Fly for Tots? I'll admit that a super fast Outlaw is a handfull and that I would never fly in a manner that isn't responsible (straight and level and warp factor 900 doing a race track pattern will be my flight plan and NO JL, I won't land it on my hat!) But I'm going to have to see if announcing is as easy as Jethro seems to think it is!

If JL can rattle my cage and get the better of me while I fly (I'll certainly talk with him while I fly) I'll donate $250 to Fly for Tots and donate the complete Outlaw ready to fly for a raffle as well.

If I can get the better of Jerry, he'll have to do the same.

Crowd decides who out does who!

I know Jethro is going to hear about this challenge and respond in his typical fashion like "OK" or "You're on Sadler" but I can promise he won't write more than 6 words. Well Smith old boy, you up fer it red neck??

Wooooooooooooooooo Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

LOLOLOL,,,Now THATS Sad'lin a horse to ride if'n I ever did see'it!!!

And by the way Biff,,,YOURE ON for the 2008 Fly for Tots!!! No get'n out of it now!!!!

Larry, I have a Jett 61lx on my diamond dust with bladder tank and it does good but with the Outlaw Im looking for an easy take it out hit the starter to it and have FUN. I know the OS will give up a little speed on ya'lls webra's but I have had alot of OS engines and they are just so reliable.
Have a happy new year

Two of the newer bigger cranked .40's with bored carbs... I call it Banditos, for two outlaws... the float plane I call Skeeter, if you ever saw the way it skips across the water sideways you'd know why...

To be honest I don't remember. They were high speed coreless ball bearing 9202 maybe. Built it 5 or 6 years ago..
