Is the manual ready? I like to order some parts already. What brand spinner are you guys using? I have a Dave Brown one custom cut for a Vess 23B on my Extra but the quality is so-so.

They are mounted right on the side of the canopy....

How about a preliminary flight review of the Edge? And things to comment on? To keep our addiction at bay...I'm getting the shakes....

It will be nice to see another good flying cap on the market, it's been a while... (I guess CPLR's Zn Line cap was one of the best to date)...

We studied Christophe's Cap design extensively, one of the best versions of the Cap ever.

As I mentioned in another thread, I turned my 50cc Edge into balsa dust the day before the Huckfest. We were all set to shoot a new video with Fred Midgett of Higher Plane Productions. I let the peanut gallery get to me with their shouts of "do it again" and "lower" and really destroyed it. As soon as the container arrives I will assemble another one and get some video ASAP.

And without a kit I guess you also can't make a manual

Would be nice if one of you can give us info on the following:
Wheels included, if not, sizes?
Distance from firewall to spinner backplate?
Spinner diameter?
Wraparound header for DL/DA50 w/ 25mm drop?

I guess that's all there is to know.

Luckily all of the pics for the manual were taken during the assembly process. Same assembly process and details as the other 50cc airplanes we've released. 3.5 inch wheels, 2.5" standoffs for the DA-50, 4" Ultimate spinner, wrap around header with 25mm drop. Manual should be available by the end of next week.
