I will typically go to a rolling harrier circle with pauses on the knife edge.

That all depnds on the plane I'm flying and how capable it as well as the pilot is that day. If it were my ucando .46 with a Saito 1.00 on the nose, the I would take it right from the inverted flat spin into a climbing inverted flat spin. Other thing I would do is take it from a inverted flat spin into a wing tip spin....bring it withing 10 to 15 feet of the deck, then go ballistic straight back up and do it again. On my ShowTime 4D, I like the flip it between inverted flat spin and upright flat spin. It's tougher than one would think to make it look smooth. If you don't get the sticks just right, it will do a ugly flop in the other spin. I was just getting good at it at the end of last season. Gassers....I usually just relax the sticks and fly out.....I try to keep it a little more tame with them.

Neo Out!!!
