Default CG Help!

Anyone know the sweetspot for a Wild Hare 28% Extra 300? I can get it to hover but the longer I try and hold it it just keeps falling toward the gear. It seems to me that its nose heavy, but when we balance it its level with fuel or without. Some guys say balance it center the wing tube, but to me that seems to far back. I'am I wrong, what else should I try? As of now I have balanced it 2 3/4" from the LE of the wing tip with a DA50. I even went to a 16oz. tank to make it lighter AUW is 16.1 w/o fuel
