Default Extra 58 corkskews on top of loop

Hi Guys extra 58 OS91 cofg level when inverted, one servo per elevator, Rolls, climbs flies superb . But on an inside loop corksrews at top everytime. Any ideas all throws exactly the same up and down.

I just love the plane and the quality is superb just need to figure this problem out, its fun on the sticks though.

How do you have the plane balanced? Also are you feeding in too much elevator at the top of the loop and stalling it?

Im going to try and reduce elevator rates, after some reflex sim work it seems im using too much elevator. The extra must be quite sensitive here as my QQ Yak and other planes dont do this. Anyway this seems to be the problem after playing with an extra and throws in the sim. Just wait to see the outcome at the field. May tighten the sticks as ive just changed form futaba super 9c to DSX9 JR 2.4 and loving it, but quite different on the sticks.

Your lateral balance could be a problem too. Any balance issues from tip to tip become very apparent in elevator sensitive maneuvers such as loops.

Put the plane in a straight downline at idle and pull relatively hard to level flight... Does one wingtip drop consistently? If so, you may need to add some weight to the opposite wing. Be careful that you simply aren't stalling the plane when doing this, no amount of weight on the other end of the wing will help if you are.

Well fixed the problem, plane dropping a wing on rudder input, so need to mix out, with the right amount of aileron in its fine. Just have to get used to it. Lateral balance fine.

I have the jr DSX9 (9303) to you guys and have tried to set up on mix 1 Rudder master Aileron slave mix, know i have aileron servos reversed so had to put + to - and - to + in mix so when i apply normal aileron and atouch of rudder aileron now decreases slightly ?

Any help or further ideas welcome.

Mark
