I think the reason of wings tapered on the tips is only structural.
Nobody have thought to build a plane according to my idea because it isn't good on the structural point of view.

I think it would be interesting to experiment my idea

Dude! I'm a big fan of G3, but G3 isn't 100% accurate in everything! Something like this you will have to test out for yourself. Build the plane! Do a build thread. I'd love to see your ingenuity and ideas come to life! And please leave the sim wars to RCU! It's a stupid and retarded debate. I know. I debated it for a while!(meaning I'm stoopid and retarded. I'm sure someone will agree with this )

Sincerely,

This couold go for ever. Check it out. Almost anything will fly. Things like lawn mowers, We don't 3D them, its cool but not what I call a great airplane. Put wings on Hotdog and it well fly. Im sure with all the great Airplane builders that have disgned real aerobatic aircraft, that if this was a plausable idea it would have already been done. But like the Wright brothers who everyone thought where crazy, build it. Be a myth buster. As far as 1 million replys on if it will work or not. YOU GUYS KNOW THE ANSWER!

To create unstable airplanes is very simple: it is enough to build them with a wing shorter than the other one.

Stability isn't the contrary of 3D capacity.

No, because my idea is opposite to the common structural sense.

This getting pretty old. Thought it might be interesting but its just a crazy theory unsupported by facts or more importantly results. Throw out some facts. results, plans and maybe it will not just be a crazy theory. Sorry if this makes you mad, not trying to be mean, it just seems as though a theory has turned into a product war and an argument.

Yup but the Ugly Stick is so ugly that the earth repels them so thats not a scientific proof.
I haven't seen an Ugly Stick that flies bad, no matter how was built.
On the other side, we can try elevators at the same size of the wings so they fight each other for who is stalling first and then the plane never stalls as they keep fighting each other.
Saludos

Building a wing shorter than the other is very common in CL circles. In fact, It's done 99.9% of the time to enable to plane to fly a circle without much pilot strain.(drag issue) It does, in no way, lead to an unstable airframe.

Hey, I've got an idea. How about an airliner with all the passenger seats on the outside of the fuselage? That would make for much easier passenger access to the passenger seating area. Who's going to pay me for this revolutionary idea? Come on, Big/Little Brain, give it a rest.

The only reason CL planes do a larger wing on the inside is to keep the plane from flying back at the old geezer trying to spin in his wheel chair.... cut the string and see how the plane flies....

Thank you

I need a patron.
Have nobody seen a great business behind my idea?
