Default fullscale huckin

i know weve all seen a ton of movies labeled "fullscale Huckin" (only from what ive seen) but usually all they can do is hang on the prop for a few seconds then fall. has fullscale reached "mother Huckin" stage yet. thanks

I think G's upon the Human body limit how much full scale can do... as in walls, and blenders and such.

But i have seen a YAK harrier to an extent, and Matt Chapman does some Sick ass stuff.

There was one guy I saw do a wall on one of those stupid "believe it or not shows" but he pulled like 11 G's , and passed out for like 10 sec.... so he holds some kind of record now, and it was deemed too dangerous!

I'm not an authority, and i'm sure some cats know alot more... but this is the little I know!

Jim Leroy does an awesome High Alpha roller. He also does some cool harriers and hovering. I watched him hang it on the prop for a little over a minute then push over and fly out. He is one of the best at Huckin it Big Time ie Full Scale.

This video should rock your socks off. This guys is well known and puts it one for the crowd. Very famous for flying under bridges inverted.

Go look in the video files for one named JURGIS. It is worth a look. Dont rush as it is uploading now. Give me 30 minutes.

A fullsize aerobatic plane has trouble with engine temp when they are in high alpha too long also. We probably do with our RC we just dont have the gauge on the dash to freak us out!

Wayne Handley and his turbo Raven were known to do some serious huckin!!! If you look at his website the plane I believe weighed 1900 lbs. and had 2800 lbs. of thrust. I think this is probably the closest thing to full scale huckin!

You talking where he does the pinwheel on the top of the verticle climb? There aern't too many airplanes out there that can pull that off.

Here are a Few.....

http://www.jkairys.com/english/index.htm Go to the Videos page. Jurgis does some serious huckin with his Sukhoi...

http://www.skipstewartairshows.com/v2/index.html Go to the multi-media page. Skip hangs torque rolls longer than just about any FS flyer, as well as hanging serious high alpha Knife Edges and Harriers.

http://www.3dbatix.com/videos.htm View the 2005 Hollister vid. Serious huckin in this one including a 30 second harrier.

http://www.billsteinairshows.com/ima...6%20Medium.wmv Bill does some serious tumbling, and near the end of this demo vid, he does one of the coolest transistions to a hover I have seen yet.

Get them to the point where they can hover at less than full throttle, and the cooling system problems will begin to become less of a problem....

The Oracle Ultimate on G2 sim a few years back would do that 540 stall turn....the plane was one of those helium filled sim planes but the 540 looked just like Sean Tucker's when you did it. You'd think our planes would be able to do this move easier than full scale. It must be something to do with the rotational mass and not pure power to weight....
