Many thnaks to all who posted condolances, and helpful hints. Sweetpea may be on to someting tho,PCM lock out is the best theirory yet. I dont belive I had any structure failure, rudder failure,as nothing was anwsering the xmitter, the batteries were checked when I got home, all came in at 8+volts with 8 ball checker,at 1 1/2 amp load. Sooooo it kinda looks like a lockout of some sort. Yes I was using 1 rx,a JR2000 select a channel .Iwas running a smartfly turbo reg,and smartfly pro power expander set at 5.8v. I have a new Yak54 on order and will get it late Jan. Will keep all u nice guys informed on progress.

HI Warren,
Sorry for the loss of plane and all your hard work. Were the ignition wires insulated, or was the throttle servo close to the ignition?

Warren,
By chance have you checked out the rudder servos ? Is anyone of them locked up? Just curious.
