Is it just me, or are those vertical pieces of depron glued to the aileron trailing edges? If so what's the purpose?

To be more specific then just DRAG.. It causes drag on the airframe to slow down the lines of the bird. It allows you to fly considerably slower so that you may have enough room indoors to complete the given criteria, It makes the airplane more consistent. Its being targeted at F3P Indoor Pattern.

.. and it is sloooooooow! Jeff's airframe looks very similar to the Insane Foamies model that Leseberg is flying, minus the "drag strips". I can't believe that thing didn't get chop-sawed this past weekend!

Yep, that is my new design. It was designed specifically for the ETOC sequence and the FAI F3P schedules. It doesn't matter if you are on an upline, downline, or level, it flys the same speed! SLOOOOOW! Possibly will be kitted by www.e-foamies.com. If it is kitted, probably won't be available till after the ETOC in April.
