Beginner in electric, help me to choose the right power for SNIPER HYPERION for 3D

Hi,

I fly already 3Dgiants but I am very interested in EPP especially in Sniper hyperion, I would like to buy a combo at aircraft-world but I would like to know which is the best for outsdanding power all-around 3D:
Z2213-20 with 10*4.7prop or Z2213-24 with 10*4.7 ?

On datasheet, it seems that 2213-20 have more Kv/RPM but I don't know what does it mean exactly? What I know is for a model of 450g you need 150Watt more fabulous power....but I don't know how to use these data.

I would like to have 10mins of flight too, so which lipo? (I know if I use more power, I have more weight so less motor power for flight ..)

I have used a lot "search tool" but didn't find answer on all questions

helps will be much appreciate.
