Ok guys, finally moving on with Glow Extra, everything instaled, only RX and battery left, first thing that surprise me is forward CG even with 2 servos in tail for elevator, naturally removing tru-turn spinner and placing rx+battery near rudder servo can fix it.
Engine my friend will use in his Extra is 4c OS 70 surpass2. OS had no problems throwing around 2.6kg profile, so im sure with smaller Extra it will be even easier. Here some shoots with my electric bird;

Reason why Extra building was going so slooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww..........;

Famous EF 88inch yak 54, powered by DA-50 (what an engine Weeehoooo!).

What is 3D Flying!?
1. It's a special technique of destroying expensive airplanes.
2. 3D flying is an evil addiction. It's a sickness that makes you spend all of your money on airplanes. There is no real cure for it, you just have to keep buying airplanes. The good news is that it is almost never fatal, except for marriages maybe.

Hi I have a OS91 surpass in mine and the instillation is a breeze just make sure you have the glow conversion kit. Its a quick job of removing some film and gluing plate onto the engine box. Ive got my tank with rear on wing tube and there are no problems drawing fuel. There is a glow conversion pdf on the extreme flight website you can dl and it gives the clearance needed for mounting the engine. I used a mini mg servo on mine and the plane is a blast, i had to mount the battery as far back as possible and i have reinforced the landing gera with better triangle stock and m5 captives. My c of g is aft of the wing tube as it had coupling issues further forward the further back i go the better it flies.

You will enjoy so much....

Mark

Yes, the Glow conversion kit was ordered! Since i fly Electrics and gassers, glow is something that was forgotten some time ago- now back to it Maybe there are some tips for performance increasing? (Of the model in this combo ofcourse)

I found those somewhere on the net- don't remember witch forum it was, but it was about Heli's, and what is 3D flying with heli i'll try to get links later, when i get back home from LHS.
BTW- I just got my Extra. Quality is good, didn't inspect it so troughly (have to work you know), but it shares same quality and construction as my Sebart's do. Hopefully i'll get it done Wednesday.
