I wish the new Fliton mini Extra 260 came in FG scheme, there is an enormous difference in battery and power requirement between the 2. I would order the extra 260 mini in a hartbeat it iy had a FG scheme!

Has anybody considered a glow conversion on the AJ Extra?

That's something I've been wondering as well. Are these electric planes like the aj and extreme flight extras strictly electric? I know thats why the have the "E" after the name but would a glow engine tear them apart because of the way their built?

Hey all sorry for not getting on here quicker but it seemed between Nick and Dave everyone had everything sorted.

As far as a glow powered extra I would be very cautions about this. While I feel it could be done there would have to be some redesigning going on. Because this airplane was built with Electric in mind we were able to take some material out that would be used for strength in a glow model. This is of course because electrics do not vibrate like a glow motor would.
