What rate should i charge my lipo? its a thunder power 1320 3 cell pack. how many amps shuld i charg it at?

I suspect you mean Lipo. Even in the case of a Li-on in most instances max charge would be 1.3 amps. Usually that info is posted on the batteries. I usually charge everything I have from 1000 mah to 2700 mah at 1 amp.

An easy way to remember with lipo's is always charge at a max rate of 1C.

I charge at 1C if I am at the field and want to fly...
I charge at around .5C when at home and not in a hurry to be a little easier on the batteries....

don't think I ever charge my LiIon at more than 1A...
