It is REALLY good to hear Jeti is developing a HV ESC. Most of my controllers are Jeti until I have gotten into larger 12s projects...not much available unless you want to spend nearly $650US for Shultz.

Could you video a run up of that Plett beast? Interested also in large E-motors w/o need for gearboxes...

Very intreresting project...

Thanks for the site...any idea when the Jeti up to 15s will be available and what do you estimate the cost to be? Will keep checking the site.

New Jeti for 15s Lipo, are oficially rated 14s... but i am 95% sure they can handle 15s as the prototypes, they should be relesed any day now.

Also the SPIN controllers will have more advanced hardwere and softwere than the normal advance PLUS. Data logger and a lot more.

Now there are 2 flight movies, maiden and 2nd flight, been flying the katana 3 times, but becas of interference caused by controller and motor losing syncro, i will not fly untill i get the new upgraded controller from Jeti.

The power and saound is awsome, its not only gas engines that can make some cool noice

The powersystem can be pushed harder, but for that i think i need a bigger airframe.

Yuri cleans pools in west Phoenix not north, seriously I think it is important to note that most of these planes are paid for by factories like Hacker and Thunder Power. In a few years they will be more financially practical but unless you just love electric and don't mind spending the bucks the giant scale planes are crazy expensive especially when you consider the possibility of a $1000 dollar battery going bad after a few weeks of flying.
