Fixed Wing is online now
Default Re: I can't believe this.

Shaun,

No, I just like to build. I'm flying an older version of this same plane for IMAC now. This is one of two more I've been working on for some time now. This version has thinner wings, a different fin/rudder airfoil, and is lighter.

We had few more showers but nothing that bad. I bought a new foamie and the build was easy. About 3 1/2 hour build. Flew it. Flies pretty good except the wind and the sun. Lost it in the sun and plunk. Broke the shaft on an already broken motor. But other than that Eflite new Sobre or something flies real well especially with the SFG's on it. Really precise for a foamie. Got to go to work tomorrow for money for parts.

Okay I'm unable to get the pic to download in the right format so if you want to see how bad the field is here go to RCU, Forum, Giant Scale Discussion or something, and Wild Hare click on the field post it's the bigger picture with the deeper water. Just to get an idea fences that are underwater are 3 1/2 feet high.

Well it's better now. My old field still sucks but I don't fly there anymore.
