| end user    |  our new field
the valley aero modelers has finally aquired a new home!  we have been searching for a good 15 years or more. the ama was a great help to us with the legal advice. they took us by the hand and led us trough the whole process. the wisconsin dnr was also a great help to us, and approved most of the permits we needed.the new site is a covered land fill aproximately 65 acres large.(i think i'm correct with this), and is for our exclusive use! we have some leveling to do and a lot of grass to cut,but we will soon be flying off our very own runway, and for the first time we will have a gravel parking lot. give us until about the middle of the summer, and we will welcome any and all visitors. it is located just west of appleton on hwy A to quarry road, about a third of a mile on the right side of the road. appleton is about 30 miles south of green bay. |

I'm in Hot Springs Arkansas and our club's field is on an old Dump too. They make great flying field because no one can develop the area for years...................

Same here spatown Garbage dump gang for life!!! The landfill really is an awsome place to fly, but I here nothing hold a candle to Hot Springs
