I think RC modeling is one of those rare activities that brings out the best in most of us.

| Hi. My name is Santiago "Chago" Aldrich, Sebastian's Dad. Really that activity was one of many that were planned by others than me for the fund of Sebastian Aldrich. Yes, like Hector said in the top. Sebastian has in top of Spinal Bifida, he has also Hidrocephalia, Arnold Chiari II, Vocal Cord paralysis, Traqueostomy, G-Tube, doesn't talk, and doesn't walk. But beleive me, he likes to see my RC Cars, and also thos huge Airplanes. Was a nice experience the activity that this guys make to raise funds for the health of Sebastian. The thing is that we went to Boston for a second opinion of a cyst that Sebastian has in his Spinal Cord named, Syringomelia. That cyst the PR Doctor want us to go to Boston Childrens Hospital to see what we can do. We scheduled the operation to March 24, 2006, but unfortunately the day after the admision March 22, he got fever of 40 degrees, and has a colapsed lung and Influenza. With luck Sebastian was discharged the 31st of March to go back to Puerto Rico. We scheduled again a visit to Boston in June 12, so Dr. Michael Scott, Ped. Neurosurgeon can operate him without any complications. Right now he is sleeping with an oxigen concentrator in our home, but he is doing well. You guys that meet him at Toa Baja, can tell me if you knew that at this time Sebastian had been operated in 16 times, you will never know, but that's is the real thing. Thanks everyone that did this for him, and for let him be so happy seeing those planes flying for him. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. CHAGO |
