Hey Nicky!

It was... good still, I think. I crashed the loaner profile due to radio signal loss, broke the shaft & need to find a replacement. It's grounded til then.
My HK has a chewed up o-rings which I could not get a perfect blade tracking from. Also had to set up my tail from scratch as I swapped motors & it had an adverse affect on the tail, it kept "blowing" on the slightest of pitch pumps. I spent a good deal tuning it & my tail doesn't hold still. I will be tuning it further by the weekend. I assume my Wing will also need some fine tuning.

I swapped motors because last week when I tried tic-tocs, the Wing's motor would bog down. It is a 3800kv motor with an 11T pinion. I noticed too that this motor is noisier. So I replaced the original "super motor"(3500kv 13T; Wilson's) on the Wing. Will try tic-tocs this weekend to see it will not bog, IF I can fine tune the tail fast enuf on the first battery.

The Formosa almost crashed too. Same problem, radio signal loss, but somehow I managed to get it back by running after it. It would have been hilarious if it was caught on vid. Raising the Tx first then Gibby shouts: "Dagan bai"(RUN after it), so I did & saved it. I was a bit shaken & landed it quite hard that it took out the left landing gear. Oh well.

I need a better radio for my planes, but then I'm a heli pilot. Planes are secondary, they are fun though. Back to square ONE. I need the 9Z.
Benedict(the technician in charge of it), says he still needs to source those ribbons as he can't find any on his previous source.

What do you think Nicky, am I gonna get the 9Z from him already so I can send it to you?

Also did get to meet the Caucasian that does 3D in your area? That would be nice, you've got a flying buddy, a 3D'er at that.
