Here is where I fly, its all I got thats reasonubly close, gosh I suck at spelling, its a park and I park fly. Dallas Texas. its totaly flooded now, bleachers have been washed up on the road and in the trees because the creek overflowed during this last thunderstorm. its funny, there are fish, like bass and some catfish lying on the field where I land right now. Here is or small Flying field. It is located about 6 miles outside Wexford near a small village called Sceen. As you can see it has no tarmac or concrete strip or even a building. Man - a bunch of you guys have got some beautiful fields around the world  . This is our field in Gillette Wyoming and our club is called the Sagehoppers R/C Club. 550ft asphalt NWxSE and a packed gravel WxE which is about 700ft total. Since this pic was taken we've added concrete sidewalks, added some grass and irrigation and added onto the shed and sun shade. Have a great club of about 35 to 40 members. Everyone is welcome, just let us know when your coming by and we'll go out with ya and open the gate

Hi This is our flying field we share with a gun club(yeah i Know)moving targets LOL WE Are situated In Coffs harbourIt Is Nth of Sydney Australia(350Mls),on the east Coast The great thing is we fly year round have the Use of Facilities Club room hot&cold showers Running water electricity and powered van sites,Flush toilets So Yes we are spoiled The trees are further away than they look BUT!! they still catch models.You Can just make out our runway markers left middle of pic.The van sites are under the trees just to the right as you come off main roadRob |
