Default Is it possible to have G2,G3,G3.5, and g4 on the same machine and have all work right

Is there anybody on here that has a computer set up with G2 on with all versions able to work. I am thinking I may need to partition my drive to do so. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Because there are parts of each version that i like as well as certain planes. I know it can be done but I'm not hitting the right combo to make each version not SEE each other to cause problems. G4 and G3.5 are fine but G3 and G3.5 don't get along too well.

Maybe you can set up different users and then install one version per user? Not sure if that would still seperate the common files but it might.
