Sounds like a great Idea, I think AFPD would be much better to use for any type of Imac flying but if your going to use Realflight It would be nice if we used one of the better Custom aircraft instead of the Yak which flys like crap for precision. I found that the Composite arf Extra draws really nice and long lines. You could make this aircraft standard and give the option for modifications to anyone willing to make them.
I also flew G4 today for the first time at the local hobby store (I have G3.5 myself) and It actually looks and flys better than G3.5. They also made some type of perspective changes because the field views changes much more realisticly and the aircraft physics felt more like the real thing (Except for torque rolls that did'nt stop rotating when giving opposite aileron).

Sure, the comp-arf sounds fine it's just like i said before...you would have to get everyone in the contest to download the Comp-arf from the Knife edge swap pages otherwise the people who don't have the plane would see you flying a nextstar. The only way using another plane would work would to have everyone download the same plane from KE and that would be a bit of a hasle.

I think that the dalton 42% extra 260 for g3.5 is what we should use it is best for precision. download it and youll now what i mean

We could establish a plane, and have everyone download it. That wouldn't be a problem. The only thing about this that concerns me is all the connection errors that we get sometimes. Sometimes you can't go in a room because of a ''player information packet'' or you go in the room and your plane appears really far away in the trees and stuff like that...

I think the 35% Dalton Extra 260. That is what I fly for precison and it is great. But the 42% will work also..

why not use video . use own plane. good size hill as back ground and lots of arm chair judges. might get something for those dam spins. no 5 hr. trips. wouldnt even have to make my own lunch. turn down volume too get 10 for sound score. i feel a win coming on. alex

because then everyone could take as many times as they wanted to get the perfect flight in.
