But wait, there's more!!! I'll buy it for $75. I don't want to get too expensive on ya. Take it back and stop complaining. You have other sims. You can only fly one at a time and you have like 3. Fly one of those. I have G2 and 3.5 AND G4 are alot better than that because I'm comparing G2 and G4 ~Michael~ | ||||||||||||||||||

Folgado, I have 3.5. I have had it for about two years. (upgraded from 3.0) I have been flying the 4 at the LHS and find it to be really nice. Good scenery rendering and the planes perform better in my opition. The controller is what it iw. I am sure it will hold up as well as my current one. (no problems so far) My Father in laws unit broke a pim for a gimbal spring. I took his unit apart and repaired the gimbal by making a new pin and it has been fine for eight months now. I like the improvements that have been made. What I do not like is having to buy a whole new program. I wish there was an option for an upgrade since 3.5 is so recent but not near as smooth or accurate as 4.0. The reature of trims staying set to a plane and digital trims is nice but I really want the graphics and physics. I can trim a plane. I will still probably buy it.

Foldago, I own all the sims you do and I find that G4 has better graphics AND physics. AFPD deluxe looks close, but the physics are terrible. The planes float for days and do not feel like there is any mass to them. If you're unhappy with G4, put it on eBay and be done with it. You're complaining about the sim, but I seriously doubt your system is set up correctly.

Ive had G4 for a while now and find it slightly better in the physics then my previous G3.5. I dont even no what my computer has but I do know its about 4 years old. When I bought it it was only a middle of the road system but it runs G4 fine.

+1 I saw it save a guy money yesterday. He wanted to buy a stunt heli and the LHS rep tried to sell him a trainer. They went over to the sim and the guy loaded the exact copter and proceeded to grenade it in 2 seconds flat. The rep tried to not say I told you so and just walked off ![]()

interesting thread.. first and formost when i talk to noobs, i tell them a sim will not teach them to deal with unperfect planes in unperfect conditions,, it is only a training tool to learn the orientation of the planes vs the controls.. as far as graphic.. i have g2 lite.. i want 3.5 ,, and have played it. im sure theres more to this issue then you think. use it as it was intended, as a training tool not to subsitute the real thing. just my .02 mike
