Default G4 sensitivity settings

Bare with me on this one its been a while since I last used a flight sim and that was when G3 was out. I seem to recall a setting that could change the models handling characteristics. Uhm by that i mean if it was on 100% you could yank n bank without snapping but dial down the setting to say 30% and it needed a lot more finesse on the sticks. If you didnt take care during aggressive moves the plane would bite back often snapping into the ground.

Can someone tell me if this was a feature JUST for G3 or is it still used on G4 (assuming my lame description above lights any bulbs LOL) and if so how to get to it. I looked through the menu but couldn't see the sucker.
Thanks

Try going to the forums at the Knife Edge / Real Flight website and see if there is anything there.

Hope that helps

Use the aircraft editor and just like a real model, adjust the high and low rates or control surface deflections. Use the rates switch for high and low rates.

na this isnt what i meant ..theres a setting that destabilizes the model from its usual unrealistic stability making it more difficult to fly.....wish i could remember.......must be in the early stages of altzeimers LOL
Looked at knifeedge.com but not much use if i dont know what i am searching for.

Hmm, don't know about a setting liket hat, but what I ususaly do is increase the physics speed to about 130% And of course add some unstable wind. Makes it MUCH more realistic and requires you to think fast ont he stick like a real plane...
