Hempel Head Pilots?

Anyone know whats up with Bill Hempels website? I bought and paid for a 40% Pilot from Bill on the 17th of March, and still haven't seen it. I've email Bill twice asking about the order with no response, and now his website is down. Anyone knowing Bill, please let me know whats shaking. I'm sure that is an oversite on his part, but I'd like to know when to expect the pilot....Thanks in advanced...Jim

I had one ordered and e-mailed Bill. He replied promptly but stated he is in Iraq at the moment and the computer systems are weird, causing some orders to go to a spam file.

After I got ahold of him, he was able to make sure the head got to my door in good order. My CC was billed the day I ordered it though.

I don't have the exact e-mail address but keep trying.

He has way too positive of a reputation to screw somebody over a pilot figure.... he maybe out of the country like some have said.....

I have made contact with Jim. Not sure why he is having problems contacting me but we are trying to resolve this issue. For those who do not understand how Pay Pal works, you order a product and you get charged for it. Paypal sends a copy of the order to me and I send the product out ASAP. There was an issue on my end regarding Jim's order and I am trying to figure out where his pilot is as it has been shipped. Thanks to those of you who contacted me regarding Jim's order.

I just got in from work, and recieved word from Bill that everything is fine and the pilot is on its way. Just like everyone here said, Bill is a man of his word, and I'll continue to do future business with him! I do understand thats he's out of country, and our emails where getting crossed..Thanks Bill!

I recieved the pilot from Bill today. Bill has stayed on top of this deal once we made contact, and done everything possible to make me happy. Great guy to deal with! Nice product as well....Thanks again Bill...
