I have no I dea yet, We are loosing one bearing, and a couple of other tiny bits of the engines, so I have no Idea what the weight will be. The biggest challange is joining the cranks, but I think we managed to sort that out yesterday. I will post pic's as we prosseed.

Andreas when you say joining the crancks I presume you mean the crank cases and not the actual cranks??????????????? cause that sounds like rocket sience to me.

Hi Trevor,

It's actually the Cranks themselves. I always knew we had some rocket scientists her in Nam LOL...
I have a good friend and flying buddy that has a fully equipped machine shop, that makes things easy.

Thanks for the link to the Video Trev.
What’s actually happening is the guy has a thrust vectoring ring in the back of the trust tube.
I have in the past told you that Frank Stein is one of my friends, he fly’s Jets, he has come up with something similar. The problem with his jet is, because it’s a pure Delta (Mirage 3) its main Landing gear in the scale position is very far back, making it difficult to rotate at scale takeoff speed. So he has one of these trust vectoring thingies in his Jet to help him rotate on takeoff. Works like a charm.
But if you pull that thing during flight, all sort of funny things start happening. He has also started to learn how to use it in flight, and on his practice jet, he dose the most amazing things with it.

WOW sounds great. Just shows to what lengths one must go in order to be one of the top jet pilots in the world.
And here I can go purchase a CA Models 38% slap a 157 in it and have one of the best flying LS models ever and right off the shelf ..........It just doesn't seem right
but hey im not complaining cause Im sure Frank would not have it any other way and prob loves his desighning and building just as much as flying.
